72 oz Minute Rice
96 oz Ketchup
2 small boxes Jello (Strawberry)
2 cups salt
1 cup confectioners sugar
2 oz R & W Red Strawberry Flavoring
Combine all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour 8 oz ketchup in the mix and then put the liquid flavor in the ketchup bottle and mix thoroughly. Pour remaining ketchup into the dry mix and stir until all rice is covered. Put lid on container and let set 2-3 days. Rice will swell up like a giant cake. Break apart thoroughly and put the lid back on and let set another day. Remove lid, break apart again and it is ready to use.
The flavoring and jello need to match for flavor consistency. I have made a batch and I will be testing in the coming weeks. See results to come. This rice will last up to 2 years if kept sealed and in a dry, cool place.
