This Saturday Bailey's Carp Lake in Lexington, NC will be hosting its 4th annual children's carp tourney. My daughter has not confirmed whether she is going to participate this year but I will be there with my nephew.
This will be an eight hour free entry tourney where they kids will be able to earn trophies for participation and the top 3 fish caught.
Hopefully the fish will be ripping on Saturday. I will work on getting some pictures and as much detail as I can gather. Be on the lookout either Sunday or Monday for the results of what is sure to be an exciting tournament for the kids.

The Children's Carp Tournament sounds like a great event. I feel that it is always good to get children outdoors. Fishing is a great activity for children, as it helps teach the importance of patience. I hope the tournament went well for everyone involved.
