This weeks tournament was rather sluggish. I will be uploading a couple of photographs in the next few days. One will be the location and one 21.0 common carp that I was fortunate enogh to catch. It is unusual to catch 2 large carp in back to back weeks.
Next week I will be spending some time in the mountains and I will be learning how to do some trout fishing. I am really looking forward to this adventure and I hope to capture some good photo's for everyone to see.
I have officially arrived in Gatlinburg Tennessee and have been doing a lot of research for the coming fishing trips. My next few posts will be on carp bait recipes with the in's and out's of how to make the bait needed as I am compiling my information and trout fishing photos.

That looks like a nice size carp. Did the weather this past week play a part in the "sluggish" tournament action? I'm actually heading to the Appalachian Mountains today to do some hiking and fishing. Best of luck to you.
ReplyDeleteAbsolutely William. The weather plays a big part. Rain will turn the fish on one day and turn them off the next. Barometric pressure really affects the fishing as well.
ReplyDeleteGetting ready to re-start the blog. I am looking forward to it.
